Q: I-Mark program does not open, fatal software error

The following is the ERROR LOG. 

A: If your getting an error when trying to launch the software this is a windows issue.


To resolve this we need to delete the temporary files.

  • Navigate to : C:\Users\Dynics\AppData\Local\Columbia_Marking_Tools
  • Open the “Columbia Marking Tools” folder and delete its entire contents.
  • Re-Launch the I-Mark software and see if your issue is resolved.

Once the Software opens you will need to re-select your options:
  • Automatic workspace to open
  • Automatically launch controller page
  • Automatically Connect

These features can be found under the File>options menu.
