Q: I-Mark program does not open, fatal software error

The following is the ERROR LOG.

A: If your getting an error when trying to launch the software this is a windows issue.
To resolve this we need to delete the temporary files.
- Navigate to : C:\Users\Dynics\AppData\Local\Columbia_Marking_Tools
- Open the “Columbia Marking Tools” folder and delete its entire contents.
- Re-Launch the I-Mark software and see if your issue is resolved.
Once the Software opens you will need to re-select your options:
- Automatic workspace to open
- Automatically launch controller page
- Automatically Connect
These features can be found under the File>options menu.
