Q: How to correct Fatal error when launching I-Mark?

Q: The fatal error occurs when you launch I-Mark. 

A:  For an error when trying to launch the software this is a windows issue. To resolve this we need to delete the temporary files.

1.) Navigate to : C:\Users\Dynics\AppData\Local\Columbia_Marking_Tools

2.) Open the “Columbia Marking Tools” folder and delete its entire contents.

3.) Re-Launch the I-Mark software and see if your issue is resolved.


Once the Software opens you will need to re-select your options:

1.) Automatic workspace to open

2.) Automatically launch controller page

3.) Automatically Connect

These features can be found under the File>options menu.
