Issues with connecting to I-Mark controller - solutions

- Please check that your PC is in the same range 10.1.10.xxx. and you are connected to the controller with CAT5 cable and it is powered on.
- Then launch the I-Mark software and select new workspace from the File drop down menu.

3.) The software will search for available machines and list them in the navigation window.
4.) You can click on the marker(s) listed and it will display their IP in the properties window on the right side of the screen.
5.) You can right click on them in the navigation window and select Modify IP to change the IP address as well. Note that after changing the IP you will need to power cycle the controller for this to take effect.
