Transfer Handy Andy Layouts from one PC to another

Migrating Handy Andy layouts from one PC to another. Steps to follow:

1. Using Windows File Explorer to go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Columbia Marking Tools\Handy Andy
2. In the Handy Andy folder, copy the layouts you wanted to migrate to a USB.
3. On the new computer, navigate to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Columbia Marking Tools\Handy Andy (same file path as the old PC)
4. You copied the layout files from the USB to the Handy Andy directory.
5. You ran a few test layouts to ensure the layouts functioned.
