Q:Do you offer different marking pin/needles to change the size of the mark?

A: We typically use one standard marking pin. It can mark characters as small as 0.035 inch. Marking force can also be adjusted through air pressure and the distance between the pin and the part. If you tell us the smallest character you need, we can test it before the machine ships. So far, the smallest character required for the parts you provided is 0.05 inch.
