Q: What is the difference between the LE48 large bed laser marking station and the LER revolving/turn table laser marking station?
A: The short answer, while both systems can mark a wide range of parts the LE48 can mark a wider range of part sizes and shapes. The more expensive LER is designed for heavy production can be used as a manual station or robotically loaded.

LE48 Large bed laser marking station:
- Design for wide range of parts - flexible part marking
- Large door and bed for easy loading and marking of extremely big parts
- Work area is 23" x 45" x 12.5"
- Easy to adjust the marking head throughout the large bed
- Additional Axis include Z, and Omega (for marking on the OD of round parts
- Technical Flier with more system details
LER revolving/turn table laser marking station:
- Designed for heavy production, high volume
- Station can be placed in fully automated robotic manufacturing cell
- One part is being marked while the other part is loaded/unloaded
- Additional stations may be designed to COMBINE other manufacturing process in one station. For instance measuring and QC of part can be done preceding the marking operation
